DRAFT — NOT YET LEGALLY REVIEWED.

Prepared as a working draft and to be reviewed by a qualified lawyer in your

jurisdiction before it is shown to any user. Placeholders in [BRACKETS] must be

completed.

1. What OddsFeed is

OddsFeed is a free news and forecasting game. It connects news video to

prediction markets and lets you test your judgement by staking credits

points with no monetary value — on how those markets will resolve.

Two things are real: the prices, which come from Polymarket's public API, and

the resolutions, which follow the real outcome of the real market.

One thing is not real: the stake. Credits are not money and never become

money.

2. What OddsFeed is not

OddsFeed is not any of the following, and does not hold any authorisation to

be:

  • a broker, exchange, trading venue or investment firm;
  • a gambling or betting operator;
  • a payment service, e-money issuer, custodian or crypto-asset service provider;
  • a source of investment, financial, legal or tax advice.

We do not:

  • accept deposits or hold money for you;
  • pay out money, prizes or anything of value;
  • hold a wallet, private key or crypto-asset on your behalf;
  • transmit, route or execute any order on any market;
  • accept, take or receive a stake of value from you.

**There is no path — none — by which a credit becomes money, cryptocurrency, or

any other thing of value.** No such feature is planned, and no arrangement with

any third party exists to provide one.

3. Credits

3.1 What credits are

Each account receives a fixed allowance of credits, currently 10,000, when it

is created. Credits are a scorekeeping device internal to the Service.

3.2 What credits are not

Credits:

  • have no monetary value and are not redeemable for money or anything else;
  • cannot be purchased, topped up, deposited or funded;
  • cannot be sold, withdrawn, cashed out or exchanged;
  • cannot be transferred to another user or to any account outside OddsFeed;
  • confer no ownership, claim, entitlement or right of any kind;
  • are not currency, securities, tokens, crypto-assets or property.

We may adjust, reset or remove credit balances at any time, including to correct

errors or abuse. Because credits have no value, no compensation is owed if we do.

3.3 Placing a position

When you stake credits on an outcome, the Service records a position priced

against the public order book at that moment. When the underlying market

resolves, the position settles: a correct position returns one credit per share,

an incorrect one returns nothing.

Nothing about this constitutes an order, a trade, a bet, a wager or a contract.

Nothing is transmitted to Polymarket or to anyone else. The entire exchange takes

place inside our database.

4. Market data and our relationship with Polymarket

Prices, volumes, order books, resolution outcomes and related data are obtained

from Polymarket's public API.

**OddsFeed is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or in any

partnership with Polymarket**, nor with any news organisation whose material

appears on the Service.

We do not control that data. It may be delayed, incomplete, incorrect or

withdrawn without notice. Markets may resolve in ways we did not anticipate, and

we may be unable to settle a position if the underlying data is unavailable.

5. News content

Video is displayed through the official YouTube embedded player and remains the

property of its rights holders. We do not host, copy or re-upload it.

Summaries and topic labels shown beside a video are generated automatically by a

language model. They may be wrong. They are not journalism, are not reviewed

by a person before publication, and must not be relied upon. Always refer to the

original video.

The presence of a market beside a news story is an automated association. It does

not imply the news organisation has any connection to the market, endorses it, or

is aware of it.

6. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. Although OddsFeed

involves no money and no wagering, its subject matter is adult in nature and we

restrict it accordingly.

You must not use the Service if doing so would breach the law where you are.

7. Availability by location

OddsFeed restricts access from countries where the prediction markets it reads

from are blocked or restricted. This list changes as regulators act, and access

may be withdrawn in your country at any time without notice.

Do not attempt to circumvent these restrictions by VPN, proxy or any other means.

8. Your account

You may sign in with a supported identity provider. You are responsible for

activity on your account and for keeping access to it secure.

One account per person. Creating multiple accounts to gain an advantage on any

leaderboard is grounds for removal.

We may suspend or delete any account at any time. Because nothing of value is

held in an account, no compensation is owed.

9. Acceptable use

You must not:

  • attempt to extract, resell or redistribute the market data we display;
  • automate interaction with the Service in a way that degrades it for others;
  • manipulate any leaderboard, including through multiple accounts;
  • attempt to buy, sell, transfer or assign credits, or advertise doing so;
  • represent OddsFeed as a place where money can be wagered or won.

10. No advice

Nothing on the Service is investment, financial, legal or tax advice. Market

prices are information, not recommendations. Any statement about what a market

implies is a description of that market, not a suggestion that you act on it.

Success in the game predicts nothing about outcomes with real money, where costs,

spreads, liquidity and psychology all differ.

11. Availability and changes

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranty of

any kind. We may change, suspend or discontinue any part of it, including credit

balances, positions, leaderboards and history, at any time and without notice.

12. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising

from your use of the Service, including from inaccurate data, incorrect

summaries, failed or delayed settlement, lost credits, or unavailability.

Because the Service is free and involves nothing of value, our total aggregate

liability to you is [AMOUNT — e.g. EUR 100].

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. Continued use after a change means you accept the

updated version.

14. Governing law and contact

These Terms are governed by the law of [JURISDICTION].
